4. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the Notice: Verify that all required elements are present and the claim is valid
- Remove Content: Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify User: Inform the user who posted the content about the takedown
- Document Action: Maintain records of the takedown for our files
- Confirm Removal: Contact the complainant to confirm the action taken
5. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- If no lawsuit is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the content
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content from users who have received multiple DMCA takedown notices, even if counter-notifications are filed.
Three-Strike Policy: Users who receive three valid DMCA takedown notices may have their access to our services terminated.
7. Misrepresentation and Penalties
False Claims: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including attorney fees.

8. Safe Harbor Protection
FontLife Publications, LLC qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as a service provider. We:
- Do not have actual knowledge of infringing activity
- Remove infringing content promptly upon notification
- Have designated an agent to receive infringement notices
- Have implemented a repeat infringer policy
- Do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners
