DMCA Policy

FontLife Publications, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringements and for processing such claims.

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following information:

Please note: Incomplete notices may not be processed. Ensure all required elements are included.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Review the Notice: Verify that all required elements are present and the claim is valid
2. Remove Content: Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
3. Notify User: Inform the user who posted the content about the takedown
4. Document Action: Maintain records of the takedown for our files
5. Confirm Removal: Contact the complainant to confirm the action taken

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Counter-Notification Process:

1. Submit counter-notification to our DMCA agent
2. We forward your counter-notification to the original complainant
3. If no lawsuit is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the content

We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content from users who have received multiple DMCA takedown notices, even if counter-notifications are filed.

False Claims: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including attorney fees.

Perjury Warning: DMCA notices and counter-notifications include statements made under penalty of perjury. False statements may result in criminal prosecution.

Good Faith Requirement: All DMCA notices must be made in good faith. We may seek damages from parties who abuse the DMCA process.

FontLife Publications, LLC qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as a service provider. We:

• Do not have actual knowledge of infringing activity
• Remove infringing content promptly upon notification
• Have designated an agent to receive infringement notices
• Have implemented a repeat infringer policy
• Do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners

While the DMCA is U.S. law, we respect copyright laws worldwide. International copyright holders may file DMCA notices, and we will process them according to this policy.
